Clear processing, dispatch and delivery information for FindVault QR stickers, tags, cards, bands and business packs.
Processing time
Standard ready-stock products are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Custom printing, bulk batches, school kits, vehicle plates or personalised products may require additional preparation time. The final expected dispatch window is shown or confirmed before fulfilment.
Delivery coverage and charges
FindVault primarily ships within India through available courier partners. Delivery charges, free-delivery eligibility and the final payable total are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.
Tracking and delivery attempts
When tracking information is available, it is linked to the FindVault order record. Customers should provide a complete address, valid PIN code and reachable mobile number. Courier delays caused by weather, local restrictions, serviceability or incorrect address details may be outside FindVault's direct control.
Damaged, missing or incorrect parcel
Contact support within 48 hours of delivery with the Order ID and clear package/product photographs. Do not share card PINs, UPI PINs, banking OTPs or full payment credentials.
