What assets can FindVault track?
Office equipment, IT devices, keys, documents, school assets, tools, luggage, vehicles and other QR/NFC-tagged items can be represented as records.
Does FindVault provide live GPS tracking?
No. FindVault is scan-based. Precise location is processed only through an authorized or finder-consented action, not hidden continuous tracking.
Can we import existing inventory?
Yes. The business dashboard validates CSV files and processes up to 200 records per batch. CSV, JSON and PDF exports are also supported.
Is digital verification a government certificate?
No. It is an admin-reviewed consistency and supporting-document workflow. FindVault clearly separates this from government identity or statutory certification.
